Booking procedure:
Step 1: Upon enquiry, we will share an approximate cost for the trip based on the changes (if any) made to the mentioned itinerary.
Step 2: Once the approximate costing and the route is approved we ask for a nominal adjustable deposit of Rs.1000/- per head before we can give you the exact cost (which is plus or minus 5% of the approximate cost). Please note that the deposit amount will be forfeited in case of tour cancellation.
Step 3: An advance payment of 50% of the total amount (incl taxes) is needed to confirm the homestays. It needs to be paid at the time of booking.
Step 4: Balance payment is expected 2 weeks prior to the date of departure.
Step 5: A final detailed itinerary would be shared after the balance payment, which will include all the experience, included and recommended.
Cancellation policy:
Arrive at Pantnagar Airport in the morning. Drive to Bhimtal. Check in at The Retreat, a 170-year-old estate bungalow. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy a wholesome home cooked dinner and overnight stay at the Retreat.
In the morning, explore the surroundings of the homestay which was originally part of the Bhimtal Tea Estate with a forest walk. Post breakfast, depart for Mukteshwar. Check in at Himalayan Homestead on Arrival. Spend the rest of the day enjoying the quiet surroundings. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the property.
Named after a 350 year old Shiva Temple, Mukteshwar offers panoramic views of the Himalayas. Spend the morning relaxing at this rustic and charming homestay before lunch. In the evening, explore the nearby bakeries and cafes in Mukteshwar.
Post breakfast, depart for Almora. Check in at Magnolia Lodge on arrival. On a clear day, Nanda Devi stands beautifully against the Himalayan range. In the afternoon, explore Binsar Sanctuary, which is known for its variety of birds and quiet nature trails. Dinner and overnight stay at the property.
After breakfast, visit Kasar Devi Temple. Explore nearby viewpoints and attractions. Have lunch at a local restaurant. As evening sets in, take a peaceful forest walk to Almora Bazaar or stay back and enjoy the views from the homestay. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Magnolia Lodge.
After breakfast, drive back to Pantnagar Airport for your flight back home.
