Experience True Goan Heritage in the Heart of Nature at Arika

South Goa, Goa
Arika

Story

Arika isn’t just a homestay—it’s a glimpse into the life and landscape of Netravali, South Goa, lovingly shaped by Vaibhav Prabhudesai and his family.
Arika began as a small, quiet lunch space built for just one year, surrounded by forests and spice trees. Over time, Vaibhav noticed the deeper potential of the land and, with the support of his family, expanded the space into a two-room homestay that offers travelers a true taste of rural Goa—far from the commercial tourist trail.
What stands now is a self-sustained oasis within a working spice estate, where guests are welcomed as friends. Visitors can stroll through pepper and nutmeg groves, sit by the river, or relax on the veranda and take in the slow, soothing rhythm of village life.
The idea behind Arika has always been simple: to create a place where people can experience the quieter, richer side of Goa. The result is a stay that feels rooted, real, and refreshingly personal.
