An Oasis in the City
Efkays is more of a farmhouse in the center of a growing city, Mysore. Home to Raian and Jyotsna, the abode has three very spacious rooms and a well-laid-out living and dining area built over a water body. Raian's father received this 3-acre green pasture from the then Maharaj of Mysore for his services to the throne. The family lives some steps away from the homestay but makes it a point to hang around with the guests, especially during the bar hours in the evening. The early mornings and evenings at Efkays are beautiful for walking around the property as much as a refreshing dip in the swimming pool during the day.

Third Person/Child: Extra Adult - Rs. 3540/- (5 years and above)
Raahghar Payment Terms: Reservation is confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy (Indian Passport Holders Only):
In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance a credit note will be issued by the property to the guest for the amount paid till date.
The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. The guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date. This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.
