The story of Efkays belongs to a family that chose to hold onto its roots while the city of Mysore grew rapidly around them. This beautiful three-acre farmhouse was born from a deep sense of history; the sprawling green pasture was gifted to Raian’s father by the Maharaja of Mysore himself, a royal token of gratitude for a lifetime of dedicated service to the throne. Today, Raian and Jyotsna have gently transformed this grand legacy into a living, breathing sanctuary, anchored by a stunning, light-filled living and dining pavilion that rests thoughtfully over a quiet, meditative water body.
The accommodations are crafted to feel like an intimate extension of this storied land, where grand heritage scale naturally softens into the quiet, enveloping warmth of a family home. The three incredibly spacious guest rooms serve as peaceful, sun-washed havens where massive windows completely dissolve the boundary between the elegant, character-rich interiors and the dew-kissed lawns outside. Third Person/Child: Please note that as per property policy, accommodation of a third person in the room is not permitted.
Raahghar Payment Terms: Reservation is confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy (Indian Passport Holders Only):
In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance a credit note will be issued by the property to the guest for the amount paid till date.
The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. The guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date. This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.
