A Quiet corner of Anjuna
Enveloped in greenery, Parijaat Homestay is a zen hideaway in the middle of popular Anjuna in North Goa. Kavita and Manoj Nair built this holiday home in Goa to escape the humdrum of their corporate life in the city. Eventually, they fell in love with slow living and wanted to expose their young daughter to it. They shifted here 5 years ago and the homestay followed shortly.
Located in a large garden overlooking the rice paddies and the hills beyond, Parijaat has two guest rooms set beside the family quarters. The rooms have an eclectic feel with the door and some of the elements brought from Fort Kochi, Kerala. Kavita and Manoj’s personal touches are visible throughout the room décor. The facade of the cottages is an array of old windows which makes for a unique design. An alfresco dining area overlooking the pool greets you as you wake up to the sounds of birds and wind chimes. Kavita and Manoj love food and are avid gardening enthusiasts, the fresh produce from the vegetable garden and local vendors dictates the breakfast menu including the homemade breakfast cereals. They also support a lot of the local businesses and you can find locally sourced toiletries in the bathrooms. From lounging by the poolside to exploring the gardens to doing absolutely nothing, every moment at Parijaat is a celebration of nature and the local way of life.
Parijaat has 2 guest rooms set in a cottage away from the main house, named after birds that frequently visit the property. Both rooms are well appointed, resonating an old-world charm with all the modern conveniences. Overlooking the lush green gardens, the rice paddies and the pool.
With the red tiles and tasteful furniture, this room has a king bed that can also be converted to a twin bed. There is also a nook that can be used as a workstation. You can also use the kettle to brew your tea/coffee. The spacious bathroom has all the required amenities.

Drongo is an eclectically furnished room with a king-sized bed. The bathroom here is quite spacious and delightful. It's furnished similar to Magpie and comes with all the amenities.

Price Description: The price is for double occupancy and includes all taxes and accommodation with the meals mentioned below.
Meals: Breakfast included
Third Person/Child: Above 12 years: 2000/- with breakfast.
Raahghar Payment Terms: Reservation is confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy (Indian Passport Holders Only):
In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance a credit note will be issued by the property to the guest for the amount paid till date.
The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. The guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date. This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.
