The air here carries a different rhythm, vibrating with the melody of resident birds gathering at the feeders and the rustle of over two hundred varieties of trees he personally planted. Sunil didn't just build a retreat; he breathed life back into the old farmland, blending the memory of its traditional patra house with a modern, earthy sanctuary. Every corner holds a piece of his story, right down to the rustic wooden cupboards in the guest rooms, shaped by his own hands.
The accommodations are designed to be an intimate extension of this living landscape, a soft space to land where the boundaries between the cozy indoors and the vibrant Konkan soil completely melt away. Waking up here means opening your doors to the gentle scent of camphor and earth, feeling an immediate, grounding connection to the land. Sunil’s warmth anchors the entire experience, whether he is sharing the secret of an insulin plant, guiding you through the open kitchen as traditional coastal dishes simmer, or pointing out a rare bird from your porch. It is a place that gently forces you to slow down, leaving you with the distinct, heavy feeling that you’ve left a piece of your heart behind.

The farm stay rests on 10 acres of private land and has 2 bigger rooms and 1 small one. The host lives in his own front house about 7 kms from the property.
Spacious and airy, the large rooms open out to a private sit out overlooking the garden. Simple interiors and natural surroundings create a relaxed, comfortable space to unwind.

Raahghar Payment Terms: Reservation is confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy (Indian Passport Holders Only):
In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance a credit note will be issued by the property to the guest for the amount paid till date.
The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. The guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date. This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.
