Booking Procedure:
Step 1: Upon enquiry, we will share an approximate cost for the trip based on the changes (if any) made to the mentioned itinerary.
Step 2: Once the approximate costing and the route is approved we ask for a nominal adjustable deposit of Rs.1000/- per head before we can give you the exact cost (which is plus or minus 5% of the approximate cost).
Step 3: An advance payment of 50% of the total amount (incl taxes) is needed to confirm the homestays. It needs to be paid at the time of booking.
Step 4: Balance payment is expected 2 weeks prior to the date of departure.
Step 5: A final detailed itinerary would be shared after the balance payment, which will include all the experience, included and recommended.
Cancellation policy:
1.In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance upto 14days prior to travel date a credit note will be issued to the guest for the amount paid till date.
2.Where the cancellation is within 14days charges @25% of the amount paid will be levied.
3.The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. Guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date.
4.This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.
On your arrival in Delhi, drive on the Yamuna Expressway to our home in Chambal, The Mela Kothi. Spend an evening relaxing in the 10 acres of surroundings of Mela Kothi*.
The early morning safari on the river Chambal can be arranged by Mela Kothi, later after some lunch and relaxation we recommend a sunset visit to the Bateshwar temples on the Yamuna. Enjoy a Bonfire (by request) in the evening.
After an early breakfast depart for Orchha but on the way make a stop at Gwalior to enjoy some sights with the guidance of a local guide (on demand). Later, drive to Orchha and check in at the beautiful riverside Chandera Kothi*.
Enjoy a Bundeli breakfast under a peepal tree and later set off to enjoy the sights of Orchha. In the evening enjoy some quiet time by the Betwa river
After an early morning breakfast drive to the temple complex of Khajuraho to experience the stories behind the world-renowned temples, from a Raahghar guide (on demand). Later, after lunch, proceed back to Chandera Kothi*, Orchha.
After breakfast proceed to the Gwalior Airport to board a connection back home.
