Booking procedure:
Step 1: Upon enquiry, we will share an approximate cost for the trip based on the changes (if any) made to the mentioned itinerary.
Step 2: Once the approximate costing and the route is approved we ask for a nominal adjustable deposit of Rs.1000/- per head before we can give you the exact cost (which is plus or minus 5% of the approximate cost).
Step 3: An advance payment of 50% of the total amount (incl taxes) is needed to confirm the homestays. It needs to be paid at the time of booking.
Step 4: Balance payment is expected 2 weeks prior to the date of departure.
Step 5: A final detailed itinerary would be shared after the balance payment, which will include all the experience, included and recommended.
Cancellation policy:
1.In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance upto 14days prior to travel date a credit note will be issued to the guest for the amount paid till date.
2.Where the cancellation is within 14days charges @25% of the amount paid will be levied.
3.The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. Guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date.
4.This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.
On your arrival at the Amritsar Airport, drive towards Gurdaspur on a road surrounded by Safeeda (eucalyptus) trees on either side & green fields stretching endlessly. Arrive at Gurdaspur and spend your evening at leisure. Overnight stay in The Kothi.
Wake up to a traditional breakfast and later indulge in some of the activities on offer at the 60-year-old heritage- Haweli. We would ask you to call in advance to book your experiential activities here.
As we drive further toward the countryside, the farms get denser. Make random stops in between to enjoy the countryside. Arrive in Walden Living, a modern-style stay, spread over an acre of land at the foothills of Shivalik. Spend the evening taking a small hike to the foothills of the Shivaliks, to enjoy a sunset view.
You can visit the nearby town of Rupnagar for its musuem, In the afternoon spend your time in Walden Living at leisure & experience their warm hospitality.
