A significant number of people from the rest of India associate Punjab with various visuals from Bollywood films: tractors moving against the backdrop of wheat fields, cream being churned out traditionally, or lovers singing songs in the mustard fields.
All of these elements and more come together at The Kothi, where Manpreet and her entire family actively participate in the daily chores of Punjabi farm life. The house itself is over 60 years old, with the rooms adorned with local artisanal decor. However, the highlight of the homestay is the fresh food served daily from its warm and cozy kitchen, making it a delightful place to hang out and enjoy a meal during those winter evenings.
The rooms provide easy access to communal spaces: a 500 sq. ft. living room, a 400 sq. ft. dining room, a 450 sq. ft. covered verandah, and a central courtyard of 1200 sq. ft., perfect for bonfires, dining, seating, dancing, and entertainment. The open grounds also offer a badminton court for outdoor fun.
This is a suite on the first floor of The Kothi. It comes with an exclusive covered verandah and the balcony comes with a garden view.

Price Description: The price is for double occupancy and includes all taxes and accommodation with the meals mentioned below.
Meals: All 3 meals. Morning & evening tea. A snack service pre dinner with a non alcoholic drink.
Extra Note: All meals are served in designated areas: rasoi, central courtyard, dining room, front verandah or grounds. For tea, room service is available.

Raahghar Payment Terms: Reservation is confirmed with an advance payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking. The balance payment is to be made 7 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy (Indian Passport Holders Only):
In case of a cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstance a credit note will be issued by the property to the guest for the amount paid till date.
The credit note will be valid for use within one year from the period of booking. The guest can redeem the credit note against the amount of any future booking within a year and pay the balance if any as per the rates applicable on that date. This credit note is also transferable and can be used by the guest/transferee only once within the stipulated date.
